In each we had to coordinate anything related to logistics and production (set-up, live and dismantle) in the 9 stadiums.
We were coordinating with the venue, the Local Organising Committee, the FIFA, VISA, and the agencies in France TRO Paris (Auditoire Group), and in the USA : GMR Marketing. 7 months of work.
KPI - Data related to the event. Visa, as a main sponsor of the competition, was able to be visible throughout the campaign provided in the points of sales, hospitality lounges, stadiums areas. The aesthetic expectations were very high from both the agencies and our final clients.
