Work delivered: We welcomed our client and made it a piece of mind for him: RAMS, police and fire rescue relationship, venue overall coordination, management of the different providers involved, French authorities relationship. We also dealt with the speakers management during the event.
KPI - Data related to work delivered. Coordination of a team of 30 technicians (USA and France) and the different providers: of our client, of the final client, of the venue. Dealing with extended hours from 5.00am to 10.00pm every day during 2 weeks to cover the daily routine from rehearsals in the morning to pre-refresh in the evening.
KPI - Data related to the event. A very high profile event involving several political entities (from the Paris City through to the Congress Bureau) as the number of attendees hit the 30000. This worldwide congress also was the opening event of the Paris Convention Center and as such was a "testing" event for which we had double work in coordination to make it a success. We also avoided the "lost in translation" syndrom which can easily happen with so many parties are involved. In the end the attendees were able to watch every single presentation through a recording system that didn't fail a single time during 2 weeks with over 1000 sessions.
