Work delivered : 

From design to execution, we had to imagine a way to connect numerous offices within the country : in video, audio or simply by phone.

On site we had to make sure every single handicap was anticipated and the path of each and everyone was made accessible.

KPI - Data related to work delivered :

- Connecting 17 offices simultaneously

- Design adapted to every single handicap from stage access to vision to listening conditions to F&B and toilets

- Daylight and video projection to be anticipated for best viewing conditions

KPI - Data related to the event : 

- Client was able to deliver a single message for everyone simultaneously, regardless of being onsite, offsite or disability conditions.

We learned a lot producing this event.
